We've been in business since 1994. We specialize in new, used, and vintage gear of all kinds. We carry more boutique brands than any other shop in our area, along with a repair shop. Parkway Music is an independent shop owned by longtime friends Tom Murphy, and Matt Hatfield.
Our shop is unique because we're all players and genuinely want to help the customer nail the sound that's in their head.

We've been a MESA/Boogie dealer since around 1999, and our favorite amp is the Fillmore 50 because of the options it gives you with having two identical channels that are so expressive. Our shop is known for our expert guitar repairs and the wide range of brands under one roof.
Shop Vibe
We curate inventory including all major brands, and a wide range of local, boutique instruments. We also offer lessons, repairs, installations and more. We also host clinics, workshops and live performances to help promote music and arts education in our local community!
Clientele
We have a pristine Red Tolex 1970 Marshall Full Stack Super Lead in our shop that isn't for sale right now, but the list of people who've said they want it ranges from Joe Bonamassa to Eric Johnson. For now it's staying put though. Last week we also sold an amplifier to Ry Cooder.
Industry Trends
We're seeing the continued trend in guitarists favoring smaller, lower wattage amplifiers.
