If you’re looking for a tuned, open-back 2x12 that can span a broad range of styles from gorgeous, pristine clean sounds to authentic classic rock and everything in between, the 2x12 TransAtlantic™ Cabinet will do all of that, and it’ll do it looking better than just about any other cab out there. The timeless ‘TV Front Panel’ styling provides a classic retro look while delivering a vintage tone to match. It features tuned upper and lower rear panels that were designed to maximize punch and bass response while balancing it with the creamy midrange and trademark chime this format is famous for. Impeccable style, punch, detail and tone are the hallmarks of the TransAtlantic line and the 2x12 is the capstone of the TransAtlantic Cabinetry.
You simply won’t find a better cabinet. ALL MESA® ENCLOSURES are made using the finest Void-free, Marine Grade Baltic Birch. Super strong rabbet corners are glued and nailed and speaker baffles are fitted with superior dado joint construction and braced. Grille material is made of strong twisted jute dipped in a special coating that filters top end for a sweeter response.
