About Pasi
Pasi Kauppinen is a bass player of the Finnish melodic power metal band Sonata Arctica. He’s been in the band since 2013. Pasi has used MESA/Boogie amps and cabinets since 1995 when he got his first Bass 400 bass head and still has it running and rocking. He has used several Mesa Boogie bass amps during his career. Before the Subway Series, he used Walkabout and Titan V12 amps. As a recording engineer at his Studio57 recording studio, he also uses MESA/Boogie guitar amps and cabinets.
